Our business is in the manufacturing and distribution of monocrystalline Ingots. We are dedicated to the solar revolution and committed to providing our customers with the highest value products.

ADEMA Technologies, Inc, founded in November 2000, is a premier supplier of monocrystalline silicon ingots for the solar power industry and a producer of large-diameter ingots for semiconductor manufacturing. The company is headquartered in 401 National Avenue, Mountain View, California and has an additional manufacturing facility in Rancho Cordova, California. ADEMA’s solar ingots are six to eight inches in diameter, and have been optimized to meet solar industry customer requirements and specifications.

On January 22, 2008, the company was acquired by E-Ton Group, one of Taiwan’s leading manufacturers of photovoltaic (PV) cells, to generate significant synergies for both parties through the business vertical integration. Four months later, ADEMA had another reconsolidation for business development and became a subsidiary of Gloria International Holding Company (GIH) in May 2008, which is a holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 2007.

ADEMA is led by an outstanding management team with extensive technical and operation expertise including three PhDs. The company currently has 34 furnaces in operation with significant potential for capacity expansion up to 61 furnaces and could generate more than 75 Megawatts of output at full utilization. ADEMA has experienced rapid revenue growth over the past years, growing from $3.2 million in 2003 to $47 million in 2007. The company anticipates the continuous growth with the revenue in 2008. We also intend to expand our manufacturing activities to include multicrystalline ingots by establishing manufacturing facilities in Taiwan by the end of 2008.

Our goal is to use our experience, skill and unparalleled service to become the leading worldwide manufacturer and supplier of the highest quality monocrystalline Ingots. Our ambition is to support our customers by using our experience, dedication, and integrity to provide the highest quality monocrystalline products.
